How to use your products.

Cleanse first. If using Recover Vitamin C Serum, apply 1–2 drops after cleansing and toning, let it absorb, then apply moisturizer.

1. Wash with Refresh

Wet your face. Add water to the cleanser in your hands and work into a lather. Massage in circles, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry. Use morning and night.

2. Apply Recover, if using

Smooth 1–2 drops of Recover Vitamin C Serum onto clean skin after cleansing and toning. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Let it absorb before moisturizer.

Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition. The current policy excludes perishable items with a shelf life under three months. Eligible non-perishable items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the 30-day policy period. Return shipping is your responsibility; original shipping is non-refundable.

Do I need a serum with the cleanser and moisturizer?

A serum is an additional product. Refresh cleanses; Replenish moisturizes. Revitalize is a separate hydration serum, while Recover includes vitamin C and ferulic acid. Compare their ingredients, size, and directions before adding one.

Do the products contain coconut oil or scented ingredients?

Several formulas contain coconut oil. Replenish lists bergamot oil, Renew lists rose essential oil, Rehydrate lists lavender oil, and Platinum lists peppermint oil. Refresh lists Parfum. Open the full ingredient list on the product page to check your chosen formula.

How much retinol serum is in the bottle?
