How to use your products.

Start with cleansing and moisture. Toner and a serum are optional; choose the steps that fit your routine and follow each product's own directions.

1. Wash with Refresh

Wet your face. Add water to the cleanser in your hands and work into a lather. Massage in circles, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry. Use morning and night.

2. Tone, if using

Toner is optional. If you use Rehydrate Facial Toner, apply it after cleansing and follow its label directions.

Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition. The current policy excludes perishable items with a shelf life under three months. Eligible non-perishable items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the 30-day policy period. Return shipping is your responsibility; original shipping is non-refundable.

Do I need a serum with the cleanser and moisturizer?

A serum is an additional product. Refresh cleanses; Replenish moisturizes. Revitalize is a separate hydration serum, while Recover includes vitamin C and ferulic acid. Compare their ingredients, size, and directions before adding one.

Do the products contain coconut oil or scented ingredients?

Several formulas contain coconut oil. Replenish lists bergamot oil, Renew lists rose essential oil, Rehydrate lists lavender oil, and Platinum lists peppermint oil. Refresh lists Parfum. Open the full ingredient list on the product page to check your chosen formula.

How much retinol serum is in the bottle?

Regenerate contains 0.5 fl oz / 15 mL. Revitalize Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Recover Vitamin C Serum each contain 2 fl oz / 60 mL. Product pages show package size and price per fluid ounce so you can compare quantities.
